It’s time for our 2nd annual, women’s retreat. We invite all the women of Apex Xenia to join us at Deer Creek State Park for a weekend of fellowship, growth, and fun. This is an opportunity to get to know some women you’ve never met and deepen relationships with those you already know. We get to live out the Gospel together! We will have speakers, break out sessions, games, food, and fun. We will also be asking people to sign up to provide food just as we did last year and we will share meals together in the conference room.

This year’s retreat will kick off with dinner in the conference room of the lodge at 6:00 pm on Friday (check in begins in the conference room at 4:30pm) and will wrap up with dinner on Saturday night. Saturday night’s dinner will be at a restaurant (possibly the lodge) and you will need additional money for this if you would like to join in this event. Since some of you won’t be ready to head home at that point, we have provided an option for you to stay on Saturday night if you’d like to keep connecting!

Cost: There are three options to choose from and payments can be made at the Connection Table in the gatherings on Sunday.

• Day session only: $25

• Sessions and Friday night lodging: $50

• Sessions and Friday & Saturday night lodging: $75 (The retreat officially ends Saturday after dinner but you can opt to stay and connect for a second night if desired.)

What to bring: Warm & comfy clothes, sheets or sleeping bag, pillow, toiletries, Bible, notebook, pen, food (tbd), snacks you may want, tennis shoes and (if you’d like) your favorite game. Since we are staying in cabins, you will have access to a fridge and small furnished kitchen in each cabin.
