For safety and security reasons several of our ministries require a background check to be completed. These include Safety Team, Family Ministry Team, Offering Collection Team, Care Team, Elder Team & Staff Team.
Baptism at New Community

Communication & Media Requests
The purpose of this form is for New Community leaders (i.e. house church leaders, servant team leads, staff and elders) to request the creation of communication mediums to further the work of the ministry at New Community. Use of this form is for internal use only.

Elder Application
Elders are men chosen according to clear biblical requirements (1 Tim. 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9). The following passages specifically discuss the duties and responsibilities of an elder (1 Tim. 5:17; 1 Tim. 3:4-5; 1 Peter 5:2-5; Heb. 13:7; Acts 20:28; Eph. 4:11; 1 Tim. 3:2; 1 Tim. 5:17; Titus 1:9; Mt. 18:15-17).
The main purpose of an Elder is to equip and encourage House Church Shepherds to make disciples and plant House Churches that carry out the Great Commandment and the Great Commission i.e. reproducing disciples and planting other House Churches. They also oversee all matters related to the overall operation and ministry of New Community Church, conduct church discipline, pray for members, teach and equip leaders.
Equipping Community
The Equipping Community is a relational space for our house church leaders and members to gather as family to learn from one another in how we live as kingdom family on mission. We gather monthly (except June & Dec.) at 10:15am in the Community Room in order to equip and encourage one another in the gospel, and seek God as we prayerfully consider what's next for each house church.

Facility Resource Request
We love opening our doors to help support house church needs we simply ask you make sure you reserve space ahead of time. Reserving space at NCC is based on a first-come, first serve basis.
Facility Work Request
Need something repaired, cleaned or have a facility question or safety issue? Please let us know using this form. Requests are addressed in the order they are received unless it is a safety issue or ministry stoppage.

The purpose of this form is to submit stories for our quarterly newsletter. These are either story ideas, stories you've written, or stories you'd like our newsletter team to write.
Payment Request
This form is used for authorizing reimbursing expenses for New Community. NCC can only reimburse expenses that have occurred within the past 30 days.
Supply Resource Request
This form is for requesting supplies for the New Community Church ministries or facilities.
