Leadership Team

New Community Church is built upon the foundation that Jesus Christ is King, Chief Shepherd, and Head of the church (1). Within NCC, we have an assembly of gifted servants in the body who equip the church for every good work until she attains unity (2). Both our Elder and Staff Team strives to operate by consensus decision-making in order to pursue unity within the Church (3).

Our Elders

Under the headship of Christ, The Elder Team is a group of individuals who oversee and care for the Entire body of NCC.

Our Staff

The Staff Team is responsible for facilitating the ministry implementation of the mission, vision, and strategy that has been set forth by the Elder Team. We love to help!
