Our Strategy:

Relational Disciple-Making

We believe spiritual growth happens best through intentional gospel relationships lived out in everyday life - life with Jesus, life in community, life on life, and life on mission.

Our ministry strategy is built around two primary environments:

• House Churches

• Gatherings

Everything we do is designed to help people grow as disciples who make and multiply disciples. As we follow Jesus, we grow up into his likeness. The Disciple-Making Pathway describes this spiritual growth progression.

The Disciple-Making Pathway

Our pathway for spiritual growth follows the pattern of Jesus: to be with Him, become like Him, and do what He did.

1. New Disciple

A person begins following Jesus.

2. Growing Disciple

Learns to walk with Jesus and grow in spiritual maturity.

3. Multiplying Disciple

Begins helping others follow Jesus.

4. Leading Disciple

Develops and equips other disciple-makers and leaders.

Our Values:

• GOSPEL - God’s restoration of His perfect design through the death and resurrection of His Son, Jesus Christ, for all who repent and believe in Him. We desire to be a people who are fluent in gospel proclamation and engage every sphere of culture with gospel-saturated living.

• FAMILY - Those adopted by the Father into His Church who are committed to loving relationships with one another.  We desire to be a people who live & love like a family with Jesus as the Head

• MISSION - Living as God’s redeemed people sent by Him to join His restorative work in the world. We desire to be a people who redeem all of life to accomplish God’s restorative work in all things.

• DISCIPLE - A disciple follows Jesus, is continually changed by Jesus, and is committed to the mission of Jesus. We desire to be a people who are continually being changed into Christ’s image.
